Shipping Policy
At Jalaram Wedding Couture, we are committed to delivering your couture ensembles with the utmost care and efficiency. We offer worldwide shipping to ensure our designs reach you wherever you are.
1. Processing Time
Each of our garments is custom-made or finished to order. Standard processing time is 4-6 weeks for bridal wear and 2-3 weeks for other collections. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request for an additional fee.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination. Within India, shipping is complimentary. For international orders, rates will be displayed at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made garments, altered items, and sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We encourage you to review your measurements carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the concern. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (narrowest part).
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
